About This Course
The Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) course is mandatory for all employees, contractors, partner organizations, volunteers, board directors, and any individual engaged by JES.
The course is composed of four self-guided modules designed to raise your awareness about Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and your familiarity with JES´ measures to combat it. You will understand the impact of SEA on victims and the consequences for JES anyone engaged by JES who commit SEA.
Through definitions, examples, and case scenarios, this course will familiarize you with JES Standards of Conduct on SEA, your obligations to uphold these standards, what you can do to prevent SEA, and how to report such abuses.
